The Milltown Hotel

That was a great experience! The rooms were perfectly clean, cozy, and comfortable. All the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful, and made us feel truly at home :) The receptionists were especially kind and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. There’s also free tea and coffee available, which was a lovely touch, and the breakfast was delicious — with plenty of options to start the day right. And the rooftop view… it’s like a dream of Istanbul! You can see the whole city from above — absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. The hotel’s location is also great, very central and close to many main attractions. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Istanbul who’s looking for comfort, amazing service, and unforgettable views!

We had the best experience ever, I usually travel to Istanbul and stays in Sultanahmet hotels between 4 and 5 stars. This time as Turkey is experiencing inflation and prices are extremely high, also Sultanahmet area is under construction and many streets are unpaved and closed, we were not able even to park the car we rented as most of the people are taking advantage of such construction and raising the prices of the otopark sometimes to 2000 TL overnight. I had to select a hotel in sisli this time close to everything, and also price wise could be matching my budget. The Millttown hotel was my choice, I have seen so much Google reviews and Booking.con reviews too and some were positive and some were not showing the real facts about the hotel and only from the prespective of the booker and the experience he got at a certain time or according to a certain incident that left a bad impression about the hotel and the whole stay, but after I stayed there, I can say that this hotel is a smart budget hotel with a butler service, Mr Omer and Mr Chacha are extremely wonderful and they helped me via whatsapp, whenever I need anything they respond in seconds and their action in immediate. Mr Omer has helped me to park the car in the Ispark (the city official park which is very close to the hotel and highly recommend to anyone who is renting a car in their trip and during the stay in the hotel) Mr Omer saved me from the too much money I was going to pay for the street guys. The best things about the hotel: 1- The hotel is located in the heart of Sisli, second row from the main street but only 30 se onds walking to the main street. 2- The rooms are adequate but beautifuly designed and has everything you need. They have different varieties of rooms that serves from a single person to a big family. 3- butler service 24/7 I felt like I am at home. 4- The hotel has a beautiful terrace and they serve you the breakfast not a buffet, I was surprised of that first day, but I realized each day of my 10 days that its really the best thing happened, nicely served Turkish breakfast everything you need you will find on the table or it will be served to you right away. In a nutshell, I will defintely come to this hotel anytime I wish to come to Istanbul, it became my favorite one, affordable prices, adequate nicely designed rooms, delicious Turkish breakfast, location is absolutely perfect and the butler service I got from the team.

Be careful! It's a shame that this is how they treat tourists!!! It is recommended that you learn to give service and respect to those who take care of your livelihood. The receptionist's appalling behavior made me leave the hotel, he promised to return the payment for the accommodation I paid and confirmed it to me, that I would get my money back, the next day - they suddenly claimed that it was impossible to return the payment they had collected from me. And they disappeared as if the earth had stolen them. Be really careful!!!! Not recommended in any way and in any way - because of the treatment and humiliation I experienced there.
