Lovely little Boutique hotel. Lots of character. Comfortable rooms and friendly, accommodating staff. A fantastic alternative to sterile big-box hotel chains. Great music choices in the Lounge too. 10 out of 10 would stay again.
We had a great stay here during our trip to Colorado Springs. The location is unbeatable—an easy walk to tons of great shops, restaurants, and local spots. The bar and coffee shop in the lobby were a pleasant surprise (both were excellent), and every staff member we interacted with was incredibly friendly. The welcome staff went above and beyond, offering great suggestions for things to see and do around town. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and parking was surprisingly easy. We used nearby metered spots (free after 8 PM) and a city garage just a block away—super convenient. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Colorado Springs. Great vibe, perfect location, and a team that clearly cares about making your stay enjoyable.
We have loved our stay at The Mining Exchange. It is the perfect location to nearby restaurants, hiking trails, and nightlife. The lobby is so neat!! One night, we asked the front desk receptionist Jill about the art gallery inside the hotel. She opened it for us, offered us bottled water, and gave us a little bit of the history of the hotel. Thank you Jill for your kindness! You made our stay SO memorable.
