The Mint Resort Isla Mujeres

From the moment we arrived, the service at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and taken care of throughout our entire stay. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and every team member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive to our needs. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable—exactly what you want after a long day of travel. Housekeeping did an excellent job daily, and all amenities were top-notch. We especially loved the little personal touches that made our stay feel special. The hotel also offered fantastic dining options and amenities. Whether it was breakfast in the morning or relaxing by the pool in the evening, everything was thoughtfully maintained and enjoyable. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. The combination of high-quality service, clean and stylish accommodations, and a welcoming atmosphere made it unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back and will recommend it to friends and family without hesitation!

We visited the Island for the first time and we hit the jackpot with this hotel. We were greeted by Allen who went above and beyond during our stay to make sure we enjoyed our visit, just amazing customer service. We were celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday and the staff did a great job decorating the room prior to our arrival and made this a memorable stay. The location is fantastic and whiting walking distance to many bars, restaurants and beach clubs. Our room was very spacious and very clean. We truly enjoyed our stay and visit to the island. We’ll be back. Thank you Allen and the entire staff for your hospitality.

It has been renovated, an old hotel which is turning into a new one. Still a lot of work to do! The pool is epic, perfect temperature. The rooms are huge, they could a sofa and a carpet to make it cozier. Buuut, the blankets were upside down, they need some training for that. And found some hair at the shower 😖
