Experiencing The Manor Hotel, Kigali, was truly life-changing. Prior to this encounter, I had never heard of them. But discovering them online, despite the growing prevalence of online scams. The Manor Hotel stood out as a beacon of trust, authenticity, and excellence. Hosting an international conference with them for the very first time was seamless. Every need was anticipated and met without the slightest stress. From planning to execution, their professionalism was simply unmatched. Their services are top-notch, marked by generosity, exceptional quality, and impeccable customer care. The staff are not only well-trained but exude warmth and hospitality that made every guest feel valued. Without hesitation, I will choose The Manor Hotel again for any future conference or personal visit to Kigali. They have earned my loyalty, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking excellence in service and hospitality. The Manor Hotel is not just a hotel—it is an experience.

Attended class Reunion. Great Location in high brow residential area. Not luxurious but great value. Had to change room for malfuctioned AC but staff were very good. Breakfast was superb. Evening entertainment was okay. Close to convention center by taxi. Some distance from city center.

Fraudulent people. A group of us booked rooms for a reunion only for us to arrive and there were no rooms available for 6 of us. The management the proceeded to rebook us into an unrated and filthy villa. The bathrooms were filthy and smelly, while another room had not been cleaned after the last guests. If we wanted to stay in a villa, we would have booked one: we booked a 4 star hotel for a reason. We made 4 appointments to talk to the manager but he did not show up for any of them. Till date we have not received a refund on the cost difference . Avoid this hotel.
