The Mole Resort Lodges

I recently stayed at this resort and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The rooms are impressively spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with large, tidy bathrooms that added to the comfort. The living area was also very big, perfect for relaxing, and the TV and WiFi worked flawlessly throughout my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. I also treated myself to an Indian massage during my stay – it was absolutely fantastic. The young lady who performed it (unfortunately I can’t recall her name) was not only very skilled, but also polite, sweet, and highly professional. She made the experience incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. Overall, the resort offers top-notch facilities and exceptional service. Truly a great place to unwind – very, very well done to the team. Highly recommended!

Wonderful setting for the place for sure, as a lot of people say. We had a view of the valley from 406. The room was spacious enough for 2 plus our dog. A lovely doggy arrival pack in the room. No problems when we needed top ups of tea and coffee, bottled water etc and I was given oat milk on request thank you. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Staff were very friendly. The loss of one star is for the same reason someone else mentioned… after paying over £400 for the room for 3 nights I did not expect to be charged another £50 on arrival “just in case we had anything extra” and that it would actually be taken from account. I was asked to use a credit card as “the £50 will go back onto the card quicker than a debit card” after we leave. Needless to say we declined to pay another £50 !!! But enjoyed our stay.

Changed the review as we eventually had a great time thanks to the attentive staff. Great views. Lots to do. Nice food. However, this is a kid’s club with a leisure centre advertised as a spa. If you are expecting a nice relaxing spa stay this is not the place to go. The receptionist was fairly useless and didn’t brief us much on information for local area etc. If we had known we had other options for staying.
