Great stay overall! This hotel is one of the best in the area — clean, comfortable, and well-located. The breakfast buffet is excellent, and the restaurant in the lobby is a nice bonus. There are plenty of walkable options nearby including restaurants, spas, shops, and even a mall. The outdoor pool and decent gym are nice extras. Highly recommended!
The place was magneficent, our stay was a total blast. The hotel employees are super friendly especially the receptionist she is super great, we arrived before dawn and the receptionist still have this wonderful warm smile and assist us immediately. Will come again soon
Tried calling the number from their website since 20/4 till today 21/4 for several times just to inform them that we are arriving late at night to check in, but after several attempts (15x), no one picking up the phone! People on the reception and reservation are not doing their job to take the call! It is so frustrating as we are calling from overseas!! The exterior of the hotel looks great, but the room doesn't have soundproofing as it can clearly hear the conversation from next doors. No sun proofing, as soon as the sunshine arises, it wakes you up because the room gets so bright. When wanting to have a hot shower, the pressure of the water is too weak. (The pressure from human pee is stronger than the shower, LOL!) The more concerning thing is their restaurant have a black mould on the ceiling. We requested to speak with the restaurant manager and did not bother to come out to speak with us. However, after we raised the health concerns about the black mould on the ceiling and requested to move the table. The restaurant staff immediately tried to clean to remove the mould while we were eating. They also tried to cover it with paint. As for now, the issue hasn't been fixed as the water is continuously leaking. Overall, we were very disappointed because they did not prioritize the health concerns of their guest as the black mould is very dangerous to inhale. I will not be staying here anymore in the future, and I won't recommend it. Stay away if you want to have a good rest as I mentioned you can hear the normal conversation from next door and too bright room.
