The service and beauty of this hotel is unmatched. The reception is kind and willing to offer with anything we asked, even booking a reservation at a restaurant for us when we couldn't decide where to eat, and taxi services for places that were just a little too far to walk. The breakfast was absolutely unbelievable! The eggs Benedict was my husband's favorite dish, and we were always greeted as soon as we walked into the dining area. The room was immaculate, always clean and comfortable (we were almost afraid to touch anything because everything is so white and so pretty and we didn't want to disturb how beautiful it was). The shower has a steam room setting in it, with color changing lights and either a hand wand, rainfall, or waterfall shower options; and when you go into the shower it's almost silent from the sounds outside the shower room (I'd have to crack the door to listen to my husband say anything). It was peaceful, far enough away from the Cathedrals that we didn't constantly hear the sounds and have a feeling of being rushed or busy, but close enough the walk only took about 15 minutes even when the streets were busy with cars and tourists. The spa was so nice to go down and relax during the time I booked it for, very quiet and I actually fell asleep for a little bit while I was in the relax room. Would absolutely stay again.
One of the key highlights of our stay in Florence, July 2025. Staff are very helpful, accessible and trustworthy in service and advice. Breakfast is phenomenal. Literally had one of the best espressos in Florence there. Huge shout out to Francois, Gabrielle and Andrea in the kitchen. Would come back if ever in Florence. The place is also very family friendly as we went along a 10mon old baby
We only had one night in Florence, sadly, but we loved this hotel. It is situated about 20 min from the city center, so, very walkable, but away from the throngs. Quiet and calm. We had stayed in town our last visit and the difference is palpable. We arrived by train, and it was an easy 12 minute walk. We left our luggage at the hotel before and after check in/out. It was DD's bday and they offered us a bottle of prosecco. When we said we wouldn't be able to finish a bottle, they offered us tasty juices instead. Very thoughtful and invested. The room was lovely....fresh, clean, comfortable, quiet. Breakfast was a total spread, a huge assortment of continental choices, as well as hot items you can choose from a menu. Everything about this hotel is just beautiful....elegant, spotless...and yet the staff make it incredibly warm. We definitely hope to stay here again, and for longer. Maybe we'll check out the spa the next time.
