Staff are friendly and very accommodating, the hotel is clean and well arranged. Security is friendly. Parking is a bit small but organized. They are currently doing maintenance repair with their bar, so they used the restaurant for short drinks order. The poolside area is clean and there big trees around, so you will feel the fresh air.The reception is a bit gloomy and the staff didn't give me a tarif when i asked for it.
I loved the food. They have beautiful paintings, sculptures and artworks as well of you want to purchase. The rooms are nice, and any complaints are responded to immediately. The buffet is a bit pricey, but it's worth it.
Terrible Experience! Do not waste your money staying here! No wifi, No room service, No hot water, Only 1 employee in the entire hotel 24/7 doing front desk, concierge, housekeeping and porter job. At 4.30am, some random people BARGED into our room and we were TERRIFIED. Only to discover the receptionist had checked in some other guests to our same room. We thought we were being robbed! The toilet was dated and the towel was old and rough, we only got 1 towel for our entire stay and when we requested for another it never came. The room smelt musty and dingy, after cleaning & mopping we had to spray perfume because the mop smelt horrible! Only good thing about this hotel is the location in Ikoyi. I would not recommend!!
