Wonderful Stay at Mountain Courtyard We had a wonderful stay at Mountain Courtyard. The staff were extremely courteous and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Our experience was enhanced by several engaging activities like the cooking class, bonfire, and classical dance performance — all of which added a special touch to our stay. The property features a nice swimming pool along with a dedicated kids’ pool, which was great for families. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to their cottage room, which was very spacious and offered a serene jungle view. The breakfast spread was excellent with plenty of delicious options. We also tried dinner from their à la carte menu and everything we ordered was truly tasty. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable getaway!
Overall, a really pleasant stay at The Mountain Courtyard. The location is beautiful and peaceful—great for a walk around the property. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the food was fresh and tasty throughout. Loved the little touch of complimentary evening tea and coffee served in the open area—it really added to the experience. A few minor things: some amenities like the indoor activities are in the basement where there’s a lot of echo, which made it feel a bit disconnected from the otherwise serene vibe. Also had a small issue with the AC in our room, but to their credit, it was resolved quickly. Would definitely consider staying again. Solid 4 stars.
The property is set in a beautiful forest location—super peaceful and relaxing. The view from our balcony was amazing, with greenery all around. A perfect place to unwind. The service was really good, and the food was tasty overall. We were told dinner would be a buffet, but got an à la carte menu instead—luckily, the food was great. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and was enjoyable. There was a high tea in the evening too, but it had only one snack and that wasn’t too impressive. We also tried the spa and absolutely loved it—worth every penny. Our room was clean and comfy, though the table in the balcony area had some dust. One small letdown was the cultural program—it was held in a hall with poor ambience and old furniture on stage. It would be much better if they could host it in a more pleasant space. Overall, the property is nice and the staff are doing their best to make guests feel welcome. With a few upgrades to the place, it could be an amazing stay. Right now, it doesn’t quite feel like a proper five-star experience, but still a solid 4-star.
