The Mulia Bali

We had a wonderful honeymoon stay at The Mulia. From the moment we checked in, everything felt luxurious and seamless. Special thanks to Robert, who not only gave us a thorough room tour but also checked in with us daily to ensure everything was perfect. The room was massive, with a breathtaking view of the sea, and the bed was incredibly fluffy with super comfortable pillows—made for some of the best sleep we’ve had in a long time. We loved the free-flow breakfast and afternoon tea, and the variety of restaurants meant we were spoiled for choice—every meal was excellent. The pools were a highlight, and renting floats added a fun touch. Only downside was that the pools closed a little early at 7pm. Other than that, it was truly an unforgettable experience.

I’ve stayed at The Mulia to celebrate my birthday and treat myself to a beachfront stay. I just wanted to be pampered and this stay took that to a whole new level, this is what top-tier pampering feels like! The service and hospitality were amazing. The butler team really stood out, especially Robert, Agus and the rest, who were incredibly thoughtful and helpful throughout our stay. They constantly checked in on our plans and asked if they could help with anything. I felt truly well taken care of. And it wasn’t just a small birthday amenity in the room, the team also surprised us during breakfast with a birthday song, a guitar performance and cake. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a view of the sunrise on clear mornings. The bed and pillows were soft, the whole property is very well maintained and everything looks and feels taken care of, from the pools to the facilities. We didn’t feel the need to go anywhere else. We could relax by the beach, swim in the pool, unwind in the jacuzzi and enjoy breakfast and afternoon tea with so many tasty choices. To top it off, they even gave us a small farewell gift when we checked out. It was such a kind gesture that really ended the stay on a high note. We had such a great time and definitely can’t wait to come back again!

We absolutely loved our stay at The Mulia (Suites). The room , Earl Beachfront Room with jacuzzi, was extravagant and beautiful. The sunrise was also beautiful especially from the beach. The beach itself was clean, beautiful clear and warm water. The beach chairs were extremely comfortable and you are well taken care of by the staff. They have lifeguards on the beach for safety precaution. The pools were beautiful and definitely a highlight of the property. The gym was fully equipped and modern. We loved Breakfast and afternoon tea including with our room, it was delicious every time! The entire property is gorgeous and very sleek and modern looking. We loved this part of our honey moon. They had live musics and plenty of restaurants to choose from. We enjoyed our jacuzzi nightly and swimming and beach during the day. However, the most important thing to commend was the service. Everyone and I mean everyone was beyond friendly and polite. We felt like royalty the entire visit. They made us feel welcome and took care of every single need or want. Even while checking out they shuttled us to the airport and had someone at the airport to take our luggage to security gates! Nobody does that lol! They really know hospitality and that made us fall in love with the Mulia! We hope to visit again someday!
