All the team at the hotel were fantastic. Clean and spacious rooms with everything we needed for our short stay. We were made to feel special. Housekeeping was amazing when we asked for extra milk, water. Bar staff were friendly and chatty, made us welcome. Alex at reception needs a mention, he was the first member of the team we met, he showed us to our room and on the way told us the history of the building, pointing out interesting facts, also recommending customers favourite cocktails and his favourite dishes in the restaurant. An excellent member of the hotel team. We will certainly be returning.

The staff were amazing. The room was a little tight but very clean and very comfortable. We also had a go with the spa. It was great and modern. Emma, Alice and Grace were very warm and welcome. The treatment my wife says is one of the best ever received and loved it. Highly recommend this hotel.

we came from America for a wedding with family and friends. The whole experience was wonderful and municipal hotel was our hub. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The central bar and restaurant area was a hub for people to meet for coffee in the morning, meals, and drinks in the evening and Help make it a wonderful experience. Could not be better located in Liverpool. Went for many walks and explorations. Staff, we’re all unfailingly, friendly and helpful.
