The Murray Hong Kong a Niccolo Hotel

I recently stayed at The Murray Hotel, and I am compelled to write to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding experience your team provided. From the moment I arrived until my departure, every detail was executed with excellence, making my stay truly memorable. Amazing Staff – Your team’s warmth and professionalism were remarkable. Every interaction, from check-in to check-out, was handled with genuine care and efficiency. Impeccable Housekeeping – My room was flawlessly maintained, with thoughtful touches that made it feel luxurious. Delightful Breakfast Service – The morning dining experience was superb, with a delicious spread and attentive staff who anticipated every need. Helpful Concierge – The concierge team went above and beyond to provide personalized recommendations and assist with arrangements, enhancing my visit. The Murray Hotel has set a new standard for hospitality, and I will absolutely return on my next trip. Please extend my gratitude to your incredible team—they are your greatest asset!

I loved this place, it was perfect for me. The whole building was classy and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I didn't try the gym but the pool was fine for fitness, albeit a bit small at 17m. I had to do 177 lengths to get to 3km but it was doable, and was often completely empty. As a vegan I was worried the breakfast would be difficult but they have an avocado on toast option which you can ask for without the egg or spread and it was nice. By default they put some cream spread stuff on it so make sure you just get the avo and toast. Then there was fruit, hash browns, beans & mushrooms. The hotel appears to be a bit isolated but in fact it's only a couple of minutes walk to either the HSBC building or to an entrance to the standard charter building to get into A/C. From there you can get around Central as normal. I walked to Wan Chai, LKF and Soho and found it to be perfectly doable. Also the peak tram is adjacent to the rear of the hotel so that's very easy to get to.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! The Murray in Hong Kong truly exceeded all my expectations. The service was absolutely outstanding, incredibly attentive and highly personalized, which made the entire stay feel extra special. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The rooms are elegant, spacious, and beautifully designed. The food was delicious from breakfast to dinner, everything was top quality. Can’t wait to come back!
