My favourite bijou location downtown and close to the World Trade Centre, 5 mins walk. Superb rooftop pool and gym, clean and very friendly staff too. Ideal stopover hotel for any business travellers. I spend much of my Dubai time here and I’d recommend it to all.

The hotel staff is very friendly, and the option to store luggage is a huge plus. It worked perfectly for us both at check-in and check-out, making our travel much easier. The location and facilities are good, but a few things could be improved: • The early check-in fee of 200 AED is quite steep. • The bed is too hard, feeling like sleeping on a wooden board. • The bedsheet is too small, so you often end up sleeping without it. • There are too many switches for unclear purposes. • The windows are poorly insulated, leading to early wake-ups from construction noise and nearby mosques. • The pool is quite cold. • The cleaning service could be better — it took over 3 hours to receive fresh towels after requesting them at reception. Overall, the luggage storage and staff made a positive impression, but other aspects of the stay could use improvement.

Negative: 1) Outdated rooms, the room was not prepared for occupancy at all. There were stains on the tables, on the walls. The freezer door did not close. It was repaired only upon request and after an hour. The bath is in poor condition - the jars are peeled off the wall and this is very noticeable. The furniture is shabby and does not match the photo (as if the room is 10-15 years old). 2) No soundproofing, we were regularly woken up at 5:37 by loudspeakers from the neighboring mosque. 3) The room is very cold. 4) They often left something undelivered, there were no slippers until asked, there were no bathroom and kitchen accessories. They forgot to put anything when cleaning the room. And one day they did not even clean. 5) The pool is clearly not for swimming, but for show. Old and cold. Postivie: -Proximity to the metro, a good supermarket and nearby, very nice and pleasant design. Really friendly staff.
