This hotel was absolutely amazing, incredible view of the pyramids so special to have that view off your own balcony. I cannot say enough, how amazing, friendly and helpful the staff was. I'm very thankful for them. They were wonderful. Check-in was very easy, they set up a ride to and from the airport for us, which was very very helpful. Our room looked exactly like the pictures. Great hot water and Wi-Fi. The breakfast included was wonderful. All the workers at this hotel are very friendly and accommodating. They have wonderful tips and advice to help you navigate. The area was wonderful lots of restaurants close to walk to small shops. Everything you need close by. The community around there I found very friendly and safe. I was very nervous after reading the Google reviews, but I have nothing negative to say about my stay!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel for three nights. Our room was exceptionally clean and modern, and the overall service was outstanding. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We would especially like to mention Azhir, the restaurant's manager, who was extremely kind and helpful, making our experience even better. The hotel’s location is convenient, being very close to the pyramids, which is a great advantage. However, it’s worth noting that the surrounding neighborhood feels a bit noisy and crowded. Inside, the hotel is modern and newly renovated, offering a very comfortable stay. Nonetheless, the staircases are quite old, and the hotel is located in a dark alley that is not very well indicated. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and modern facilities, despite some minor drawbacks regarding its surroundings and its outdoor appearance! And we would really like to thank to the all staff :)
Low standarts as well as other hotels in Giza area. ıf would rate according to cost it's very good, but don't expect too much, the only good thing I like is pyramid view when I wake up in the morning. The staff is too polite.
