Lovely place to stay in a great location. Very clean and all rooms well kept with everything you would need. Comfortable bed and good electric shower. Good choice of breakfast and tea/coffee in room with.a mini fridge. Lovely host and always willing to help and advise of anything one requires. Location is fabulous easy walk to coast path about 5mins. Carbis bay beach about 10mins walk away. 30mins walk to St Ives. Bus stop over the road and very good bus service for local area. Have stayed here several times over the last 15 years. Mostly due to location and comfort of accommodation.

I was fortunate to be able to book this place last minute. My first night was ruined by an awful hotel. I decided to leave that place behind, even though I couldn't get a refund for the remaining nights I had booked. This hotel is family-run, and the host, Mark, was amazing. He served me juice while I was checking in and gave me some great local tips. He runs the place very well - it's clean, comfortable, with nice thoughtful details, and he provides a hearty breakfast. I'll definitely be coming back, and I'll recommend this B&B to any friends visiting St Ives.

We stayed in room 1 for 2 nights. Beautiful, cosy and very clean accomodation. Loved the smart tv as well for youtube at night and the mini fridge, hair dryer. Only 25 min walk from St Ives or a quick train stop, or max 10 min drive. We had a beautiful ocean view, parking and delicious breakfast included. Mark is a lovely and helpful host. Gave only 4 stars because the shower pressure was low and took a bit longer to wash my long hair, but we would deffinitely go back and recommend.
