Really enjoyed our one-night stay. Great spot for watching the football and having a quiet beer. The room was clean and tidy, though a bit dark and slightly cold and the bathroom fan was a little loud. Overall, a very good experience—would definitely stay again.
Enjoyed our stay, landlady was friendly. Rooms was clean and to my expectation. Safe parking and location was a close walk to main city centre.
The Nags Head is a nice two roomed pub. The bar has a dartboard and a pool table. There are TVs showing Sports. There is a good selection of draft beers, including cask conditioned hand-pulled real ale, which was in excellent condition when we visited. The staff are very welcoming and the pub is dog friendly.
