The Nalod Da Nang

It’s amazing! Wonderful, happy people. So accommodating. From the front disk, to the room accommodation, to the restaurant with delicious healthy meal one to gusto, added with smiling faces of crew members, back to the front disk with Ms. Phuc, Ms. Lien, & Ms. Tran, our stay is really memorable one!!!

We stayed 4d3n at The Nalod and we didn't have any regret choosing it because the location is so perfect compared to other nice hotels in the same street. During breakfast, our favorite is the local vietnamese menu of the day. The rest of the food are almost the same each morning. We also loved view! We could just stay in the room all day because it's so relaxing. There are two things I wish they improve: First, when we arrived the drain in the bath tub and shower are both clogged and it's an inconvenience to report to and have someone come to fix. They should check that the drains are not clogged before the guest checks in. Second, there is a musky smell in the room. Even though we asked them to wipe the surfaces where the smell was coming from, it still remained. Maybe they should do deep cleaning and disinfect more frequently. Our room was 1701. But overall we loved our stay here.

Lovely experience at the Nalod. On arrival Linh was so nice, helpful and informative. She also helped with a smooth checkout. Room was very modern and clean. Location is perfect if you’re hoping to be close to the beach. Some lovely eateries within a short walking distance. Pool area is in slight need of repair as it seems rundown in areas, however it’s perfectly workable and the staff at the pool are lovely and friendly. Would recommend this hotel
