The hotel and the staff is amazing. I got a front facing room which was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful. You can find breakfast not a lavish one but a perfect one to start your day. It was all fresh and delicious. A pool table next to restaurant added a relaxing time during the stay.

Excellent Location and Facilities. Staff cooperation can not be explained in words. Being heart patient ,I stayed here with my wife for 9 nights and hotel staff treated me like family member and provided whatsoever I asked to eat. I would like to recommend this hotel to everyone for a short or long stay. Completely safe place. Thanks a lot everyone.!!

I booked a room in this hotel the other day and, right from the start, the experience was annoying. The first warning sign was the check-in process as the hotel has a strange rule to only accept families. This as a solo traveler was strange and quite discriminatory which I have not faced before. If you are traveling solo, with friends or in an unmarried couple, do note this in advance. As if that was not enough, the no drinking and smoking policy added another layer of control which felt like a patronizing work environment. While these policies may appeal to some guests, they seemed excessively forbidding, particularly for adult guests who anticipated some enjoyment during their stay. Additionally, the room I was given had a malfunctioning air conditioning system which compounded the lack of comfort with the heat not cooling throughout the night. It is baffling that with such strict standards, the hotel is unable to provide a simple comfort of temperature-regulated room. In summary, the hotel gives the impression that they are focused on stale practices over a guest’s comfort and convenience. I would not suggest this hotel unless you are part of a traditional family, do not mind the oppressive heat, and prefer to be treated like you are in a boarding school instead of a hospitality venue.
