From the moment we pulled into valet warmly greeted by Jessie , this was truly a 5-star experience. The outstanding service throughout the property is a clear reflection of strong leadership and a team culture committed to excellence. The room was beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and stocked with thoughtful and abundant amenities. Staff were friendly, responsive, and more than willing to tailor our experience to our preferences. A special thank you to Jody at the rooftop bar, and Ashland in the cafe who not only met but exceeded our expectations which to be honest were above and beyond what they should have been asked to do. Exceptional hospitality all around! We cannot think of anything that would have made our stay more enjoyable.

We had a bit of a mixed experience at the Bobby Hotel. The staff was very friendly and we really enjoyed their service. The hotel was nice but had some weird quirks. For example, we had the premium room which was a larger floor plan but that extra space was just empty. The other thing that was odd was that there was no ice machine and you had to call down to get a pitcher of ice. The location is great near Broadway if you’re partaking in Broadway activities, or going to the fireworks as we did. The valet worked hard and always did a great job getting the car up and down. The stay would’ve been a lot better if we just had a small couch or comfortable furniture in that extra space in our bedroom so that we can hang out during breaks, especially since we were coming back to the room to relax from the heat throughout the day. This hotel is incredibly dog friendly and is definitely something you should consider if you’re traveling with four legged pets.

I experienced a terrifying and unacceptable safety violation at this hotel. At 3:30 AM, while I was sleeping in my room, the front desk gave my room key to a man who was not on my reservation and had no proof of ID or authorization. He used that key to enter my room. I yelled “this is not your room” to which the man replied “ oh sorry wrong key”. I called down to the front desk. I told them a man just entered my room with a key. They said “try and calm down we will send security to look for him”. Security called me back and asked if I knew him and tried to tell me he gave them my name and room number. No he didn’t but even if he did his name was not on the reservation and they didn’t even call my room to confirm. I said “I don’t know him and that’s not right”. They said “we located the man and made him leave the building”. WHAT?? He wasn’t even supposed to be in the hotel!!! As a woman traveling, I cannot express how traumatic and frightening this was. I was abruptly awakened by a stranger entering my space in the middle of the night—a place I trusted would be secure. I live with anxiety, and the emotional toll this incident has taken on me has been severe. I was unable to sleep afterward and still feel unsafe. I reported the incident immediately, but the hotel’s response has been deeply disappointing so far. They said the manager wasn’t there on a Monday morning & still wasn’t there by 1pm so they sent the housekeeping manage to talk to me. As nice as she was, she wasn’t authorized to help much. I’ve filed a formal complaint and am pursuing this matter further, including the police report I’ve already filed, due to the serious breach of duty and guest safety. 24 hours later I still haven’t heard from anyone from the hotel. If you value your security, especially as a woman traveler, I strongly urge you to reconsider staying here until this hotel implements proper security protocols. No one should have to go through what I did.
