The Natchez

It was so nice to see a very clean condo unit in the middle of New Orleans. The beds are comfortable and clean with all those memory foams including the fold out sofa bed. On top of that, the service was exceptional with a courteous staff throughout our stay. They even made sure to reach out to us when a personal pillow was left in one of the rooms. We are absolutely impressed. The jacuzzi, the heated pool and the hot tub were a plus. It was well worth it choosing The Natchez in NOLA! ❤️👍😄 It is highly recommended!

Absolutely Exceptional Stay – Beyond Expectations! From the moment we booked, The Natchez Hotel exceeded every expectation. What we thought was an Airbnb turned out to be an upscale apartment-style hotel — and we couldn't have been happier! The concierge was incredibly responsive and helpful from the start, and the front desk staff made us feel truly welcome. The hotel is spotless, modern, and beautifully maintained. We stayed in a spacious unit with **four bedrooms and four bathrooms**, a **fully equipped kitchen**, and every amenity we could ask for. The hotel also features a **pool, two hot tubs**, **24-hour concierge**, and complimentary **coffee and tea in the lobby**. They even pre-stocked our groceries in the fridge before we arrived — a thoughtful touch that made a big difference. Maintenance was lightning fast (one lightbulb was replaced in 3 minutes), and anything we needed for the kitchen was delivered within 5 minutes. They offered us early check-in, late check-out, and even held our bags for us. The location is ideal: just a 3-block walk to Canal Street, under 10 minutes to Bourbon Street, and surrounded by great restaurants — yet quiet and peaceful at night. The entire experience was flawless, luxurious, and far better than we imagined. Worth every penny! Highly recommend The Natchez for anyone visiting New Orleans — we will absolutely be back.

Our experience at Natchez was good. We had few issues- TV stopped working ( wouldn’t connect to internet) in one of the bedrooms and the refrigerator wasn’t working. After some back and forth with the front desk staff and trying to get maintenance to come out during a holiday weekend, we were provided a cooler for our groceries, refunded the money we spent on groceries and they brought up a new refrigerator. Aside from that we enjoyed our stay and would stay at the Natchez again.
