The Natsepa Resort And Conference Center

I enjoyed a couple of days at the Natsepa resort hotel. I come back very often to stay for a/ some nights or to just relax and always recommend the hotel, because It’s a great hotel to just unwind and relax a bit. The location has a perfect vibe to feel the relaxed, island vibe due to the surroundings: sea, beach, nice view and the quietness. You can watch a very nice sunset every morning around 5:30-6:00. The staff-members are super friendly, (especially the colleagues at the restaurant, Irene gives you a real caring and a ‘welcome home’-feeling). It’s a very affordable place. You can pay by ‘tab’/ card aka contactless with your phone or cash. Sometimes there are activities like weddings, it’s really nice to enjoy what the staff have build up for them and see happy families gather for these activities. You can enjoy the music as well at the background. The staff members let you know about the activities.

Paradise found! My stay at The Natsepa in Ambon was pure magic. Stunning location, gorgeous and spotless rooms, and incredibly comfortable. The outstanding service and friendly staff made it truly exceptional. Highly recommend!

Very beautiful hotel. Rooms are a bit old but will do. The road to the hotel needs an upgrade though. The hotel is located far from Ambon City. Service is exceptional.
