The Nature Phuket

Stayed here for a week during my Thailand trip. Hotel rooms are modern and nice. Housekeeping is daily unless you choose not to. Bar drinks are reasonable but I rather buy from 7-11. Daily breakfast was exceptional. Didn't really eat at the restaurants here. Did have dinner once by lobby restaurant. Its was pretty good but service was super slow. Don't forget to visit the 🐘 next door. Best experience ever. I would recommend this place. The only issue was that this place was like little BOMBAY. Folks from India 🇮🇳 act like they own this place.

Stayed here with my partner. It isn’t a 5* hotel. More of a 4* so don’t expect luxury. The hotel is like a boutique hotel - small and modern. Rooms are a decent size, clean and bright. Hotel grounds are clean. Pool is great - there is a water slide for the kids. Food markets across the road. 7/11 a few minutes down the road (both directions), patong down the hill. If you don’t mind doing a little walking, perfect place to be.

The only positive aspect of this stay was the location. Unfortunately, everything else was very disappointing. The breakfast was far from international – it catered exclusively to Thai cuisine, which may not suit all guests. Additionally, they turned off the air conditioning in the breakfast area before 10:30 AM to push guests to leave, which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Housekeeping was extremely poor – there were flies and even spiders on the bathroom floor for five days, clearly showing that no one had cleaned the room properly during our stay. The swimming pool was also dirty and unmaintained. To top it off, during check-out, no one offered to help us with our luggage or assist in carrying our bags to the taxi – a basic service that should be standard in any hotel. Overall, I expected much better service and cleanliness. This experience fell far below standard.
