The Ness Thermal Spa Hotel

I initially had an issue with the booking regarding the guest name when I first checked-in and I unfortunately had to go through a hard time as I didn’t expect the name-transfer to be a necessary, difficult and time-consuming solution. However I do admit this was my mistake, not the hotel. And I also have to admit that Mr. Arslan as well as his team were really polite and professional in their communication, and confirmed to me they have no issue in changing the guest name, upon receiving an email from Agoda. The communication with Agoda was not easy or convenient at all as it involved hours of constant communication to get the request done. But right as the hotel received Agoda’s email, they did stick to their word and changed the guest name accordingly. Besides this issue, the entire staff were very sweet with my mother as well. She asked me to mention Aden/Eden who had really been helpful and kind with her as well. It’s also worth mentioning that my mum had also forgotten her wallet in the lobby and it was found and safely kept with the reception.

The location is quiet and a bit far from the city room is good, we faced an issue with AC and took a long time to solve it, the hotel management upgraded our room because this issue.

I checked into the hotel at 22pm. After having dinner at the restaurant at around 23.30, I went up to the room and asked for an iron. They said that irons were not provided in the rooms and that laundry service was not provided as of the hour. No solution was ever found. I checked out of the hotel I went to for a business trip at 24 and moved to another hotel. I think it is not a customer-oriented hotel. I do not know what level of service understanding it is to not be able to provide ironing service, which is provided in every hotel, for the shirt that the customer who comes with his suitcase will wear the next day.
