The Nicolaus Hotel

Excellent value for money. The breakfast buffet was generous, with a wide variety of options. The room was spacious, as was the spa, which had drinks and amenities available. Reception staff were very warm and welcoming! The only downsides: the restaurant and bar server lacked training and professionalism, although he was very kind (which is appreciated). The location isn’t ideal, with few restaurants nearby. The parking is convenient and pleasant, but can be a bit tight for larger vehicles. Still, it’s a great hotel overall — I definitely recommend it.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. The entire family enjoyed the stay. Loved the spa area and the staff was amazing. Great parking and nice nearby restaurants. A bit far from the center but the hotel provided a very efficient shuttle service, on time and super friendly. We met Mariangela, who was extremely helpful and sweet, giving us recommendations and excellent service. Thank you!

We stayed only one night enough not to recommend to anyone. Air conditioning was not working and apparently it has been for a while since other comments mentioned the same problem months ago. The receptionist told us to open the window if we wanted to have a ventilation in the room (??) and it’s 35 degrees outside. We have booked the hotel for the convenience of the transfer to the airport, however they do not offer any transfer on requested times. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, It is not worth the risk.
