Exceptional Experience at Nishat Hotel Gulberg – A True Gem in Lahore My recent stay at the Nishat Hotel in Gulberg was nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment I arrived, the level of service, attention to detail, and warm hospitality exceeded all expectations. Location & Accessibility The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Gulberg, one of Lahore’s most vibrant and central areas. With Liberty Market just around the corner, we found it incredibly easy to pop out for local shopping, dining, and exploring the culture. The area feels safe, lively, and well-connected. Rooms & Facilities The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and beautifully designed. Everything—from the bedding to the lighting and amenities—was thoughtfully curated for comfort and style. The hotel manages to balance modern luxury with a calming atmosphere, which made our stay feel like a true retreat. Food & Dining The food was absolutely top notch. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, every meal we had was of exceptional quality—flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. We dined multiple times at Cube Restaurant, located within the hotel, and were consistently impressed. A special mention goes to Mr Abbas, whose warm hospitality made each dining experience feel like we were being hosted at home. His attention to detail, genuine warmth, and personal care added so much heart to our meals. Service & Staff The service across the hotel was outstanding. Azam, in particular, was incredibly helpful throughout our stay—friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist with a smile. His presence made everything feel easier and more comfortable. Even the security guards stationed outside were courteous and respectful, always greeting us with kindness and professionalism. It’s rare to find such consistent warmth and dedication at every level, and it truly made our stay exceptional. Airport Transfers The airport pick and drop service was smooth, timely, and extremely convenient. It took the stress out of travel and reflected the hotel’s overall commitment to a seamless guest experience. Minor Suggestion If I had to make one small suggestion, it would be to consider hiring a few more female housekeeping staff, simply to offer that option to guests who may prefer it for cultural or personal comfort. That said, the existing team was excellent and the rooms were spotless throughout. Final Thoughts Nishat Hotel Gulberg offers the perfect blend of location, comfort, and high-end service. Every element—from the food to the people—was handled with care, and it shows. Whether you’re visiting Lahore for work, leisure, or a bit of both, this hotel is an easy recommendation.
