We went to the bar at the Ned and had an absolutely amazing time. We were a party of 11 and the staff was absolutely wonderful. we ordered some of the fountains which were beautifully presented and great value for money. We also got cocktails in every cocktail tasted wonderful too. Our server was amazing and the venue itself is beautiful and elevated. 100% would return. It's a great space to speak with friends or go on a date!
Exceptional hotel, a real gem in NYC. Great staff - so friendly. Lovely rooms and decor. Roof deck excellent for drinks or dinner. Club downstairs great as well. Love the vibes, we will be back!
I checked in for two nights and specifically chose the Bed Nomad because of its hypoallergenic accommodations — something I’ve relied on during past stays. At check-in, I clearly explained my severe allergies (including the potential for anaphylaxis). The front desk responded promptly, stripping the bed and pillows and replacing them with hypoallergenic options. Night one was excellent — I slept comfortably and safely. However, night two was a different story. I had requested my room be turned down after 5:30 p.m. so I could ensure everything remained allergy-safe. Despite this, housekeeping turned the room earlier without notifying me. I woke up with swollen eyes, a swollen face, throat tightness, and difficulty breathing. I ended up needing emergency care from an allergist. When I called to explain what happened, hotel management insisted they had done nothing wrong and refused to offer even a partial refund or accommodation — despite acknowledging they cleaned the room outside my requested window. I was shocked by the lack of accountability, especially from a hotel I’ve trusted for years specifically because of their allergy-friendly offerings. If you have serious allergies — especially to dust mites — do not stay here. The front desk may mean well, but the housekeeping process is inconsistent, and management takes no responsibility for the consequences.
