The Norm Oriental Kemer

Pros: ​- The hotel offers all the amenities one expects from a 5-star resort, including a reasonably clean sea, a spacious pool, numerous water slides for both kids and adults, a gym... ​- The Kid's Club (supervised). It offers all kinds of games and activities (face painting, mini-golf, etc.). Our kids loved it, and it genuinely improved the holiday experience for my wife and me. ​- The food was both tasteful and plentiful. ​- The staff were helpful. ​- It has a good price-to-quality ratio, offering comparable quality to 5-star hotels in Bulgaria, Greece, or Italy for a lower price. ​ Cons: ​- Some staff members speak little to no English, which can lead to misunderstandings. For instance, our room safe was opened without our request because an inexperienced staff member confused the room number (fortunately, nothing was stolen). ​- There are noisy concerts and a disco each evening, so if you are an early sleeper, I recommend bringing a pair of earplugs.

I had such a great time staying at The Norm Oriental! The hotel is super comfy and stylish, and the whole team really made me feel at home. Big thanks to the Guest Relations staff for being so helpful and friendly—they went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Also, a shoutout to Anna, the director of the team, who clearly leads with care and kindness. Thanks to Anna and her awesome team, my stay was smooth and really pleasant. I’d definitely recommend The Norm Oriental to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

We had an amazing holiday at the Norm Oriental. The resort was spacious, clean and had everything you could need in there. Location was great and the beach was beautiful. The most exceptional thing was the staff. Amazing service from everyone especially from Marina from the Guest Relations office. Kind, polite and always ready to help with everything we asked. She helped us so much with our requests and also with a birthday organisation we asked for. We were all really thankful for her!
