Well I booked on the strength of their rating and wasn’t disappointed, Sandia gave us a warm welcome and went above and beyond to help us. Rooms are nice and clean and we loved having a fridge in the room, plenty of shops and take aways all around and just a few steps away. Very reasonably priced considering its rating. Highly recommended 👍

Sabina and Dinesh were absolute fantastic hosts, during my stay at the Norwood! Everything they do is for the customers enjoyment. That is the most important part to them! Everywhere was spotlessly clean! It's clear that they work hard to maintain excellent customer service! Breakfast was Delicious 😋 my favourite was the 🥞 pancakes served with yummy strawberries 🍓. If you have any questions they are extremely helpful! The beds are sooo comfy! They gave me such a lovely warm welcome! Taking all my bags and suitcase to my room! They are a very happy 😊 smiley couple! They went out of their way to help me with bags when returning to the hotel as I am solo. Made sure my room was warm enough with the cold nights. Very flexible if you want to check in a little early. Sabina made me a Special Afternoon Tea one day with scones she had made from scratch and moist carrot cake! And little posh sandwiches! (With coffee lol) but the point being, she remembered that I don't drink tea. They really do genuinely care that their guests have a lovely stay! Would 💯 recommend this lovely little hotel!
