very nice, clean, very well run, friendly staff. breakfast was delicious both mornings. hot and fresh food constantly being put out. will stay here when we come to paso robles next time swimming pool and jacuzzi were clean and relaxing easy check in and check out.
Nigel and Sherry were the best and most amazing front desk people ever! They were EXTREMELY accommodating to my family and I when we stayed there this weekend. The room was good but the bed wasn’t the best however because of the service we got from Nigel and Sherry, we will be back! They deserve a raise for what they have to put up with and for how nice they are!!
Stayed memorial weekend. The morning we woke up there was a bust. Went to take a shower and there was NO hot water. We called the front desk and they said everyone was calling it was the entire hotel. Then a few minutes later the power in the entire hotel went out. We couldn’t take a shower and get ready to start our day. It started to get warm in the room. When we checked out all they said was the manager will get in touch with us. She never called us I called several times to see what they would be doing for our inconvenience of that morning. No one had answers. One woman told me i had to be patient. They said they would give a partial refund and they still haven’t done that. I will never stay here again. Dont stay here. The hotel needs to be updated. UPDATE: Dont trust it. The response below is inaccurate. We tried and tried to contact someone and they gave us the run around. They still don’t care or have called or done anything for the tremendous inconvenience. Sheryl Sue is the manager that supposedly was going to call us. It has now been two months. DONT STAY HERE. The rate isn’t that great and there are way better hotels in Paso for similar rates.
