The Oasis by Don Carlos Resort

I’ve visited the Spa with my husband yesterday and it was divine! We love the place and it has the perfect spa amenities, very clean, and luxurious facilities. What a great way to disconnect and to relax. Yesenia was so welcoming, friendly, helpful, and very profesional. I love how they look after you from checking in to the spa until you leave plus the special detail which was the little cakes and fresh juices. We will definitely come back and will recommend your spa to everyone. Thanks so much for an amazing day. Special shout out to Aurora, Eva, & Marta. Your spa team is excellent!!! Keep it up

we had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I want to express my gratitude, especially to the staff member Sam. The hotel itself was top-notch, with comfortable rooms, an excellent location, and great amenities. However, Sam truly made our stay unforgettable. Her kindness and attentiveness to guests are outstanding. She always went the extra mile to ensure that we felt comfortable and welcomed. Her recommendations for local restaurants and attractions were perfect. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, thanks to the fantastic staff like Sam who truly make the stay special. I look forward to my next visit!

Traditionally on my vacation I always take time to relax at the SPA before tanning on the beach. This time was no exception. After enjoying my favorite steam saunas and contrast baths/pools, I can only recommend this place. Of course there were more possibilities so I think everyone will find their best suitable experience. Beautiful design, modern style, definitely worth a visit. Adults only.
