Our stay at The Oberoi Lombok was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything was flawless. The rooms were not only spacious and beautifully designed, but also incredibly comfortable, offering the perfect balance of luxury and relaxation. What truly made the experience unforgettable, however, was the staff. Every single member of the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were always attentive, genuinely kind, and eager to anticipate our needs — every request was met with such care and efficiency. Their warmth created a unique atmosphere that made us feel both at home and pampered. The food was another highlight of our stay. Every meal was a delight — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. From breakfast to dinner, the variety and quality were consistently outstanding. In short, The Oberoi Lombok exceeded our expectations in every way. It is rare to find a place where luxury, attention to detail, and heartfelt hospitality come together so perfectly. We left with unforgettable memories and a strong desire to return as soon as possible.

The beautiful park by the sea, the accommodations, the food, the staff, the warm welcome, everything was truly wonderful. Special thanks to the pool staff, Harry and Sayu, they were incredibly attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and truly hope to come back one day. We’ve completely fallen in love with this place. Okay, if we have to mention something: the fitness area could use a bit of an upgrade. Many of the machines are quite old.

Set across 12 hectares of immaculately landscaped gardens with beach frontage, the grounds are a peaceful haven. We were lucky enough to witness a spectacular sunset right from the beach, truly unforgettable. While the pool may not be as expansive as some larger resorts, its setting is perfect, framed by nature and overlooking the ocean. It offers an atmosphere of pure relaxation and quiet luxury. The service is where The Oberoi truly shines. Every interaction with the staff was met with genuine warmth and professionalism. Their attention to detail, from presentation to hospitality, was impeccable. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of exceptional. As it was my birthday, the team made the occasion feel truly special in a way that was both thoughtful and discreet, adding an extra layer of warmth to an already unforgettable stay. Our garden view room was luxurious in every way. The thoughtful touches throughout, from the amenities to the room layout—reflect the hotel’s commitment to excellence and guest comfort.
