Staff were always friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. 📍 The location is ideal – right in the heart of District 1, close to all major attractions, restaurants, and shopping spots. ✅ Perfect for both business trips and quick getaways. I stayed at The Odys Boutique Hotel from July 25–27, 2025, in Room 705 during a business trip, and it turned out to be one of the warmest hotel experiences I’ve had in years. The room was comfortable and spotless, but what truly made the stay special was the amazing service. All the staff were kind, but I want to especially thank Sophie. She was incredibly thoughtful, friendly, and helpful in a gentle, non-intrusive way that made me feel genuinely welcome and cared for. Even though I don’t know if she’s a full-time team member or still training, she handled everything with such grace and heart, it really left a lasting impression. I honestly hope the hotel keeps her on the team. She’s a gem. This trip was for work, but The Odys made it feel like a peaceful break. I’ll definitely return again. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Odys Hotel for 6 days and 5 nights, and it was a fantastic experience. I had requested two adjacent rooms for my children, and even though we arrived at 2AM, the front desk staff were welcoming and had everything prepared perfectly. The rooms were very clean, the beds extremely comfortable, and the overall stay was great value for the price. We especially enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet, which had a wonderful variety even over several days, and the afternoon tea, which was a lovely bonus. The restaurant staff and front desk team were all friendly and helpful, making us feel truly looked after. A special thank you to Jennie, the customer relations officer, who was exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. The location is perfect, close to attractions, shops, and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families or anyone looking for comfort and excellent service at a great price.
