This trip's most perfect hotel. I will definitely come back. Huge thanks to Beer at the front desk, who not only asked us in detail about our flight times but also provided excellent service, making our two nights even more comfortable than expected. It might not be the newest hotel, but everyone here is so friendly and professional, with attentive care given to all guests. Not to mention the great BTS location. Trust me, after a long day of shopping and facing Bangkok traffic, this convenient transportation will feel like a lifesaver. I highly recommend it. The breakfast is also perfect, and the only downside is that I stayed too few days!

This is our second time staying at the Okura Prestige Hotel and as before it was truly exceptional and relaxing! The staff are amazing and go above and beyond to help! Our friends meeting us from US asked for an early check-in which the staff kindly arranged! The rooms are spotless and big, the breakfast is so vast and plenty of options, which is all very tasty! We cannot recommend this hotel more! Great location, so relaxing after touring around Bangkok, and we both agreed it was the best sleep we have had in ages! No banging doors or voices in the corridors! Amazing Hotel with amazing staff! The best hotel ever! Thank you everyone for an amazing trip! 👏

Great hotel in the heart of Bangkok. We really enjoyed our stay. We loved the Japanese-inspired design and felt warmly welcomed by the reception. The rooms were nice but not breathtaking - apart from the stunning view - and the interior is starting to show its age. While the overall service could be improved, both the rooms and restaurants offer beautiful views. The highlight was definitely the infinity pool on the 25th floor. Breakfast was excellent, as expected from a 5-star hotel, with two options: an international buffet and a traditional Japanese breakfast - both delicious.
