The Old George

A must stay. We had an incredible time at this B&B. The host Karen was amazing, so helpful and kind, an incredible cook, with great knowledge of the local sight seeing. We enjoyed the community pub across the road, community shops and bakery along with cafe and local walks. It was easy to travel to beaches and local sights too. The rooms are super clean and comfortable, we slept so well with a quite spot and windows out to the local area. We had a family of 6 with plenty of space. We can not recommend this place more, a must go.

We had a really lovely time at the Old George for a mid-week break. The room and en suite were beautifully decorated, full of lots of thoughtful touches when we arrived. We had a delicious cooked breakfast, and spent the morning walking through the local country side before visiting Lyme Regis. Karen was such a wonderful host, and made it feel like a home from home. Particularly loved the luxury lounge where we played chess and sampled the cocktail menu! Thanks so much Karen x
