We stayed here recently for our honeymoon. The atmosphere at the restaurant and pub was really good. The food was amazing, really recommend the doughballs at the pizzeria, they were the best we’ve ever had. The food at the main restaurant was delicious - we shared the Korean BBQ short rib and the pork schnitzel. Room was spacious and comfortable and the staff were really attentive. Loads of great beers on tap.
Loved our stay in the Shepherds Cottage. Pub was great, enjoyed steak night and ate again next day at the Paper Mill. Extremely friendly and super breakfasts too. Very accommodating and highly recommended. Gluten free options were fantastic.
I can't comment on staying in the rooms here, however the food in the restaurant has always been absolutely phenomenal. Quality of food is some of the best I've ever tasted and the service has always been top notch. Big well done to all of the staff for creating a brilliant and comfortable atmosphere for people to dine and drink in. One of the easiest recommendations I'll ever make, I'm constantly telling friends and family about this place. Keep up the amazing work!
