What a great find. The decor of the pub/restaurant/ hotel is lovely. The rooms are a nice size, very clean bright and comfortable. Their is a great choice of beer, wines, and spirits sold at a reasonable price. The food, lunch, dinner , and breakfast were all outstanding with great menus. The staff were very efficient and friendly, and nothing was a bother to them. There is a lovely seating area outside and a large car park. I would thoroughly recommend the Old Mill to anyone, and we will be back.
A perfect two nights stay at this fabulous hotel/pub, including superb food, both at breakfast and in the evening. We have to highlight the outstanding service given by Caitlin, from her initial welcome through to running the bar/restaurant on a particularly busy night (with some demanding customers) which she handled with total professionalism. Highly recommended 😊
Not what it used to be. The food here used to be fantastic, but the roast dinner today looked like a ready meal on a plate - not a single item was actually roasted (all very basic, boiled veg) and it didn't even come with roast potatoes until I asked if it was supposed to have them. The meat was really poor quality too - a real shame, because the food here used to be fantastic!
