A lovely dinner at The Old Mill Inn. No need to book a table as you just pop in. We did and were seated straight away. Staff are friendly and attentive. Lovely dishes on the menu to choose from. Ordering was so easy, with staff coming to take our food and drinks order at the table. The wait for both our drinks and food was not long. My friend had the Sunday Roast and I had the Butter Chicken Curry. My friend enjoyed her Sunday Roast, the curry was nice but if I was to come again then I would order something else.
The staff was SUPER friendly and helpful, and our room was spectacular! The whole inn is just fantastic! My only complaint, and a very minor one, is that the entrance drive can be hard to spot if you don't know what to look for. Very convenient to the main street running through town.
We stayed for drinks and a meal in the garden area and were pleasantly surprise with the atmosphere and service. The food was of great quality although the crumble could have been better for the pricing. There was an outdoor bar area and tent which look well setup for live music. With a central location right in the middle Of Pitlochry it’s perfectly situated and the pricing does reflect that. Overall a great meal and service and will be back again.
