amazing room had the granary room the hot tub was amazing the room was clean and as soon as we walked in we could smell it was freshly cleansed the room was spacious the location was good as it was easy for us to get back to middlesbrough when leaving good value for money me and my partner would definitely stay here again
Lovely b&b upon arrival welcomed by staff and showed us our allocated key box and hot tub which was very nice. We stayed in the toot suite. The room was large and airy, but could use some tlc. There was no booklet or information on how to use coffee machine and WiFi didn't work, the water took a while to heat up but the bed was nice and comfy and the hot tub although wasn't attached to our room (only a walk across cobbles)
My Room was amazing and very modern. But unfortunately there were no ventilation, no A/C or windows that opened.
