We booked this as a stop gap after a wedding... and omg what an amazing choice it was... The staff was amazing and polite. The location and parking great. The room was fantastic and clean. Free complimentary breakfast in room. I can only say our stay was 100% lovely
I spent a night here while passing through for work. The room was pleasant and the service was great. The food was the true highlight here, I recommend the Lamb Henry which was delicious. The onion rings were thick cut with a light and very crispy batter, and the chicken liver pâté was quite nice. A very nice meal.
Definitely not 5 star, very rundown. Bed hard, (hubby never usually) complains!! Bathroom smelt like a cowshed No cooked breakfast, just packets in room. Nobody available to speak to We were really disappointed as we were looking forwards to the 5 star experience.
