Second time here. Last time for a wedding which was amazing. If your geting married check this place out. In June stayed in the caravan park which was great. This time in the hotel itself. Room is amazing. Bathroom hugh. But the staff are second to none. Amy on reception and she works all around the hotel make you feel so welcome and the night porter Paul again another major asset. This is not taking away from The rest of the staff who really were great. We will be back. Keep up the great work guys and thanks for making our stay. The Horrigans

Great food, quiet atmosphere, and very friendly staff. This is a local to us and somewhere we go time and time again. Lovely surroundings and very reasonably priced

Glenpark Estate was always 4-4.5 🌟, not anymore, one star is being kind and only for the staff's benefit as they're lovely. A day to see and interact with all the animals cost £10-15 and was always a brilliant day for the kids. Now, they've moved the animals around, and a lot are gone. The one's remaining have lost their spark, the glint in their eyes has gone. Why? Simply to be a large scale cash cow. They have put in random static caravans, cabin type lodgings, and a campsite at the top. Then that Dino "exhibition", well what can I say, 5 minutes walking slowly around it, and it's over. Poorly constructed, they don't keep time with sound effects, and most have the wrong information boards. Young children may think it's "great", but very young only. The price skyrocketed from £10-15 to a whopping £45. We had planned to eat there, as we often do, but were adamant they weren't getting another penny. The kids never want to return it's got that bad. It screams of financial insecurity and grabbing as much extra revenue as possible, then overcharging the public for their mismanagement. Even the caravan park had only 5 bays occupied. Would say "could do better", but they should have focused on what was working and made improvements there. Lost it's charm and magic, and now more atmosphere in derelict fast food outlet with a non existent clientele.
