The Olive Ann Hotel Grand Forks a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Really nice hotel, awesome rooms, staff is excellent, parking across from hotel. Only complaint was a wedding was going on and access to parkade from hotel was cut off so we had to use outside access glad it wasn't raining. Plus you'd think if having events like weddings you'd have a separate elevator for staff from guests. Over all highly recommended, will return.

Absolutely fantastic. Stayed there last night for a work trip. Never even knew it was there. My admin booked it. So lovely of a hotel. Staff was great. Restaurant was amazing (Red our waiter was amazing!), food was brilliant. Coffee shop attached is great. Free valet. Lovely part of town. Worth every penny. Will be back monthly now! Oh and it's a Marriott so you get points too!

If I could give this hotel a higher rating I would. One of the nicest hotels we have ever been in. Luxurious is an understatement. Rooms are gorgeous, clean and offer numerous amenities. From the doormen, desk clerk, restaurant staff (shout out to Tyler and the hostess on May 13th) everything was top notch. Nearby to many restaurants and everything within walking distance. Grand Forks is a charming town that I hope to visit again. Although we are Hilton Honors members, we will be choosing this hotel on our next trip here.
