The Olsen is a lovely hotel in a fantastic South Yarra location. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was comfortable and well-appointed. Although we didn’t use the pool or other facilities, the hotel offered everything needed for a pleasant stay. Great breakfast! It’s conveniently close to the rail, surrounded by dining options, and only about 15 minutes by train to Melbourne’s CBD. Overall, a stylish and comfortable base in South Yarra—highly recommended.
Bags taken to the room after a big shopping day. Valet parking so the car was waiting for us on departure and amazing little anniversary treat in our room for myself and my husband. Spacious rooms and nice and quiet. Relaxing little bar down stairs and everyone was so friendly.
From the moment I arrived the team were very helpful. I wasn't able to get into my room straight away as I was to early, but they were very accommodating, giving me a private space to work whilst I waited. The rooms were clean and well presented, and the amenities provided were of great quality. The location was perfect for me, with shops, restaurants, everything nearby. I would recommend staying here, and if I was back in Melbourne, would stay here again.
