The Omnia

Exceptional. My father and I stayed in this hotel as we were preparing for Matterhorn. The amenities are good, the location is superb, the restaurant is awesome (the burger…). However what makes it such a good hotel are the members of staff – Andre, Helena, Lin, Tania and the rest of the team were helpful, friendly and caring. After a successful summit my father and I discovered Matterhorn-shaped chocolates in our rooms – great touch. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. 10/10.

We got the 5 course tasting menu tonight. Felt like much more than 5 courses. Top notch service. Top notch food. One of the best tasting menu’s I’ve ever eaten! Highly recommend!!

5 Stars – Exceptional Hospitality Even in Unexpected Circumstances Our stay at The Omnia was nothing short of incredible. Despite the unexpected heavy snowfall that caused train disruptions and left us temporarily stuck in Zermatt, the team at The Omnia went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of throughout the entire experience. The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Every staff member made us feel at ease — from arranging last-minute assistance to ensuring we were always comfortable despite the weather situation. It’s rare to see such professionalism paired with heartfelt hospitality. The hotel itself was immaculate, with every corner spotlessly clean and thoughtfully maintained. The ambiance was serene and luxurious, offering a peaceful retreat from the storm outside. We especially appreciated the calm and supportive atmosphere during a time when travel plans were uncertain. Even in challenging conditions, The Omnia proved why it’s one of the best in Zermatt. Highly recommended — and we’re already looking forward to coming back (hopefully with clearer skies next time!).
