The One Boutique Hotel & Spa Rome

Great clean super modern rooms. You can switch the light to other colorirse. It’s super well located. Just 2-3 blocks from Fontana Di Trevi. The breakfast is great and Gian was the greatest waiter helping us at every moment. For sure next time in Rome I would go again.

An Amazing Experience in Rome! Our stay at this hotel in Rome was absolutely perfect! We received the best service we’ve ever had – professional, friendly, and truly heartfelt. The owner took incredible care of us, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and more. Thanks to him, we felt welcomed, comfortable, and well looked after throughout our entire stay. We’re so grateful for the exceptional hospitality and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The hotel is in 2 buildings: 1. is the reception and the breakfast room, 2. are rooms over several floors (and it seems private apartments too). I assume there are two types of rooms - the ones in the official pictures (bright and nice view of the streets) and the one I stayed in. The room was dark (overlooking interior, air conditioning and installations) and just little bigger then the bed itself. There are lots of gadgets that shine in the dark. Due to small space the bed was very close to the door (less them 1 m) so every movement in the hallway is heard. The door frame doesn't seal against the door, so you can see the light in the hallway (automatically increases as someone passes by). You can hear other people talking in their room, watching TV, taking a shower... You can also hear loud music from the breakfast room which is actually a bar until 11 PM. The best part of the hotel is staff - very polite and professional. The cleaner is tidy and keeps the space well maintained. For the breakfast eggs are ordered according to once preference ( very tasteful) as well as a coffee. Other breakfast selection is OK but the juice machine wasn't working. Even though it's in the city center and really convenient, I wouldn't return to this hotel because of the small and noisy room (I felt like in a dungeon).
