My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The services are beyond reproach! I personally want to express my gratitude for Ms. Tiffany; as an Amex Platinum Card holder, she ensured that I received all my perks and fully ascertained what they entailed in a manner that left me with no inquiries! The food is amazing, especially the breakfast; as a non resident of New York, my wife and I were excited to try New York’s renowned bacon egg and cheese sandwich, and the food services here did not disappoint! The room was spacious and immensely comforting, our only complaint with the room was the toilets “flush power”. I am unfamiliar with what causes this but we would have to flush a few times before it was actually flushed.

I made this reservation with high hopes for a wonderful stay. Man was that destroyed. The staff was rude interaction after interaction. The bed was like sleeping on plywood. There were 4 of us staying and only two towels and we asked kindly for more towels and the front desk attendant responded rudely and then never followed through. I will not stay at this location ever again and I am en elite member of Bonvoy. This staff desperately needs to be retrained on customer service and kindness.

I came to this hotel the night of my wedding for a 2 night stay. Had high hopes because of the high price and was expecting to get the Marriott standard. I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the room! The shower was filthy on arrival! I tried filing a complaint but they were extremely unhelpful and wouldn't compensate! A basic hotel for $150 has the courtesy of giving you a clean room, so when you pay such a high price the least i would expect is a clean room! And if the room isn't clean for some unknown reason, then at least be helpful and compensate! Very Very disappointed!
