The Oracle Resort Broadbeach GCLR

It's a nice big apartment, but be careful if you're leasing from a private owner rather than the resort itself. The windows look like they haven't been cleaned in a long time. There was no coffee or coffee cups supplied which was disappointing. Also our washing machine was broken and it took a few days to organise a new one. The pillows are very hard and uncomfortable but this is fairly standard in hotels. The view is amazing. Fantastic location close to the beach, park, restaurants and pacific fair. Very big kitchen for an apartment and foxtel on TV. The bathrooms are very nice, but for this standard I would expect a spa bath, but only had a standard bath. The main pool is great. Very big with a heated spa bath.

Had such a terrible experience at this apartment. The customer service was absolutely shocking. The owners were extremely difficult in helping us in our check in process. Would never recommend or book with them again. wish we checked their google reviews earlier because it's obvious we aren't the only one s that had a bad experience

Well overpriced. So called 2 bedroom apartment was too small. Many more spacious apartments for cheaper rates nearby. In some cases, almost half the price! Nowhere near worth the spend. Also, local longer term residents hate the tourists. They scowl at you in the lifts and in the public spaces. We felt uncomfortable and unwelcome for the entire stay.
