Rooms have electric blankets and heated floor which is great considering the cold in Ermelo. Place is nice but could improve on the little mantaince like replacing toilet cover etc
Room was moldy and sprider and it's web between the bed and side table . We struggled to get into our room with the wrong keys given to us . Early morning, very noisy. Rooms does not smell well and clean at all. Very unpleasant to stay here. Definitely not a 4 star!!
Phoned to make booking. They gave me a whatsapp number to send my booking details. Did that, got no response. Phone again the next day to explain that I need a confirmation and haven't recieved anything from them, only to have the phone slammed down on me. Won't book with them again.
