This is my 3rd stay with The Orchards and I will never get tired of this place. This season, the hospitality of the staff got better imo. Everyone was awesome. From booking of chalet to booking of external services, they were spontaneous and helpful. Fuss free. Staff at The Orchards were friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to help us on shuttles when we returned our car. We had a fun and memorable trip this season. Will return again for the next season. Keep up the good work guys!
Had the amazing opportunity to stay at Shimai (Chalet #63) for a week during the ski season. The amenities were incredible (heated floors?! Giant stone and wood tub? Yes please!) The shuttle service provided by the orchards made it easy to get to the gondolas and around town without a car. Overall a fantastic experience and I’m looking forward to staying again.
Just spent a fantastic week at Shimai (chalet 63) - especially loved the onsen and the coziness of the chalet! Would recommend to anyone who wants to go skiing in Niseko! It’s so close to the slopes and the private shuttle is so convenient!
