I recently stayed at Orchid hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms, great amenities, and a relaxing atmosphere. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and hassle-free. What truly made my stay outstanding was the incredible service — especially from the Guest Relationship Manager, Supriya neogi. she went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout my visit. The entire staff was professional and courteous, but the personal attention and warmth from the Guest Relationship Manager really stood out. It's rare to see that level of dedication and hospitality, and it made my stay truly memorable. Overall, a nice stay with great hospitality. I wouldn’t miss the chance to thank the hotel manager for helping me out of an unpleasant situation. When I first entered my room, there was a strong, unpleasant odor. I reported it to the reception, and while they tried to fix it with a room spray, it didn’t help much. Later, I figured out the smell was coming from the carpet. Upon raising the issue again, they quickly shifted me to another room with tiled flooring. That room was much better, and I could enjoy the rest of my stay comfortably. Also, I must mention, the food was absolutely awesome, especially the vegetarian options. No doubt, the food was a highlight of the stay!
