The Orchid Shimla

I was in Shimla for 3 days and was staying in Orchid, I must say I had the best experience with the hospitality. I have never experienced such great hospitality ever, the staff is amazing everyone including the staff at the reception, the staff in the restaurant everyone is so helpful and polite. This is the best example for any Hotel to learn customer satisfaction and it is also great learning for anyone starting their career in Shimla in the Hotel industry. Highly professional and polite.
